1. Where is Clothing Shop Online based?

Our office is located in Quanzhou city, Fujian province, China.

2. How can I pay for my order?

Clothing Shop Online currently accepts PayPal, credit card, Bank and Western Union payment.

3. About packing
using simple packing, every set packed in a plastic bag, and 10 sets in a big plastic bag.

4. About size
Please refer to the "size" section in each product for more details. 

5. Do you accept OEM condition and what is minimum quantity for OEM condition?
Yes, OEM condition is welcomed and the minimum quantity depends on the items you order. And please send the clearly model pictures which you want to order to us, we will submit them to our Designers, once we have the material, we could produce for you in time. If have not, we will search them for you, and then product. and send the samples with other items you order for you first so that you could check. 


6. About the Material
We use high-quality fabric which can be easily stretched, Please refer to the "Material" section in each product for more details.


7. How long will it take me to get my order?

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 15-20 days.
For express shipping, you should receive your order within 5-7 days.

6. How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. You can also see the current status of your order here.

7. Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason, we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated through our returns page.

8. What do I do if my order is damaged?

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. 9. I received the wrong goods, what do I do?

Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouses. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right. Please contact our customer service team via phone, email, or our contact us page, so that they can work to get you your goods as soon as possible.

Product sizing varies between different brands and styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page.
